Lessons

Chapter 11: Gelatos

Length: 34 minutes

Very obvious to me, the term gelatos comes from its ice cream counter part. These colors are so beautiful, you want to eat it. Gelatos are compact acid-free pigment sticks that glide on creamy smooth for vibrant color and coverage.

Chapter 12: Gesso

Length: 38 minutes

In this chapter we will be working with Gesso. Gesso is a water based, heavily-pigmented, white primer used as a sealer on porous surfaces such as wood or unprimed canvas.

Chapter 13: Chalkboard Paint

Length: 29 minutes

Chalkboard products have become so popular in scrapbooking the past year. In art class 1, I do a few projects with chalkboard paint but in this workshop I devote a whole chapter to it.

Chapter 14: Acrylic Paint

Length: 40 minutes

In Art class 1, I did a whole chapter on learning to paint with watercolors. In art class 2, the focus will be on painting with Acrylic paint. Acrylic paint is thick and fast drying and a wonderful medium to use on scrapbook paper.

Chapter 15: More Fabric

Length: 18 minutes

Fabric to me is soft paper. I love working with it on my scrapbook pages and sometimes the patterns and colours are so beautiful to me that I can not resist buying pieces!

Chapter 16: Stamping

Length: 22 minutes

Stamping can also be called printmaking. In this chapter, we will make some interesting prints. From using bubble wrap, stamping with gelatos, rolling a stamp in gesso and do foil printing

Chapter 17: Embossing

Length: 30 minutes

When I say embossing I really mean HEAT embossing. That amazing magic that happens when you heat up the powder. I want to challenge your thinking in this chapter …

Chapter 18: More Stencils

Length: 27 minutes

Stencils are so popular in scrapbooking right now and there are so many beautiful ones to choose from and use. I wanted to explore more possibilities and options with stencils and decided to devote another chapter to it.

Chapter 19: Sewing

Length: 28 minutes

In this Chapter we will be doing some hand stitching as well as some machine stitching. I want to explore the creative gift of embroidery and show you how a little sewing can make a beautiful difference on a scrapbook page.

Chapter 20: Make Stuff

Length: 29 minutes

In this chapter I make 5 pages suing random techniques. I simply call it make stuff because the pages does not have anything in common except for the fact that on each page I used something that I have always wanted.
